Chikinmos started in December 2023 in a small spot in Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood. Today we're two sister concepts: Kimbapería by Chikinmos, for your Korean lunch of kimbap and dosirak, and Chikinmos Ayala, with our classic Korean-style fried chicken.
Kimbapería by Chikinmos (formerly Chikinmos Lista) focuses on kimbap, dosirak and Korean lunch, to eat in or take away. Chikinmos Ayala keeps the Korean fried chicken you already know. At both locations you can book a table and order delivery.
In Korea, fried chicken (chikin) is fried in a way designed to be paired with sauce, which opens the door to many different flavours. At Chikinmos Ayala we have several sauces to choose from, and we keep creating new ones.
It's a sauce we change every so often to keep everyone curious. Ask your server about allergens before you dare try it.
No. At Kimbapería by Chikinmos you'll find kimbap, dosirak and other Korean tapas, alongside the fried chicken at Chikinmos Ayala.
Yes: from the kimchi to the chikin, through dishes like bulgogi or kimbap, everything is prepared in-house. Some dishes are cooked to order, so you might have to wait a little.

Our menu is centred on Korean fried chicken and kimbap, but we also offer a few vegetarian and vegan sides. Ask your server what's available.

Our biggest hits are:

  • Sommerzeit: a perfect balance between the gentle sweetness of honey and a tangy, spicy kick of mustard
  • Amber: sweetness turns into a warm, pleasant heat, ideal for anyone after something bold
  • Ajomola: an intense garlic flavour fused with the salty depth of soy sauce
  • Snowing: for powdered-cheese lovers, with a yoghurt sauce that adds a touch of freshness
